Time for treats. Linda hanging out with the rescue dogs. Maltese, Bichon Poodle, Chihuahua

our story

 Hi!

I'm Linda, Dog Mom and pack leader to four adorable adopted rescue dogs: Dug (Bichon/Poodle), Willow (Maltese), Sparky (Chihuahua) and Bella (Maltese).  Barkley who is sitting on the couch in this photo sadly is now at the Rainbow Bridge.

For as long as I can remember I've loved animals and dogs in particular. Through good times and bad I've always gotten through with the help of my four legged fur family. They've been my sanity, my life preserver and sometimes what felt like my only friends. I know many people have special stories of how their fur kids impacted their lives. This page as well as our YouTube channel (click on  our picture to be taken there) are places to share those stories and celebrate their memories.

Linda's Fur Family was created to bring joy, entertainment and insight by sharing fun videos and stories of the dogs I've had the privilege of sharing my life with. It's also dedicated to the  memories of all my fur kids who left for the Rainbow Bridge: Sunshine, Angel, Chance, Mr. Smee, Tigger, Zoe, Cooper, Teddy, and Barkley.

Angel, Tigger, Zoe, Cooper, Teddy, Dug, Willow, Bella, Sparky and Barkley have all been rescues. One thing I've learned is that each rescue kid comes with their own story. Most of the time we'll never know what their life was like before they got here. Some come with medical issues;  Barkley had a heart murmurer and thyroid cancer but I didn't know it for a long time. Bella came with a heart murmur and just recently had a malignant mammary tumor removed. I'm pretty sure Cooper had an undiagnosed neurological issue. But none of that matters! Every one of these precious babies has brought love and joy to my life and now I'm going to share them with you!

Through photos, fun videos and lots of stories you can follow the escapades of my fur family. I'll also share stories of love, healing and enlightenment about all of the fur kids who have left paw prints on my heart forever.

I work so my dogs can have a better life!
